Client Portal
Under construction.
The Sparrow Connect client portal is being developed as a secure application for customer visibility into SIMs, eSIMs, devices, usage, alerts, billing and support. The current Django application is running locally for development and will be connected here once the portal is ready for demonstration.

Customers will see a clean summary of their managed SIMs, devices, sites and exceptions without internal provider-cost or administration data.
Usage views will highlight high consumers, inactive SIMs and near-cap risks before they become support calls.

Planned portal capabilities
The portal is intended to provide customers with a controlled, customer-specific view of their managed connectivity estate. It will remain separate from internal operations, provider costs, regulatory records and administration-only functions.
Current development instance is local only and not exposed as a public commercial service.
External customer rollout remains subject to ICASA alignment and upstream-provider agreements.
